Retention
Contact data are kept for up to 24 months after your request is handled, unless a longer period is required by law, then deleted or anonymised.
Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by our hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A.) and by service providers strictly necessary to operate the website, acting as data processors. Map content is served by OpenStreetMap. We do not sell your personal data.
Transfers
Data are processed within the EU. Third-party embedded services (e.g. OpenStreetMap, anti-spam) process data under their own privacy terms. The anti-spam service Cloudflare Turnstile may involve processing of technical data (e.g. IP address) by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), on the basis of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
Your rights
Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
